The Institute Help Desk has three types of login levels :

  • Student Login
  • Employee Login
  • Admin Login

The Portal features are :

  • Employee login via Employee ID
  • Students login via Student ID
  • Students can raise a Ticket by filling a Simple Form
  • Just Specify the Concern or Topic and Choose the Place of Incidence
  • Raise Multiple Tickets
  • Regular notification through Email to Keep you Updated
  • Check the Status of your Ticket
  • In case you are not satisfied then Reopen the Ticket
  • Unique ID for each Ticket
  • Department View Ticket - Status automatically changed as Pending
  • Admin or Student can Post Comments on same Tickets multiple time.
