The Portal features are :
- Employee login via Employee
ID
- Students login via Student
ID
- Students can raise a Ticket by
filling a Simple Form
- Just Specify the Concern or
Topic and Choose the Place of Incidence
- Raise Multiple Tickets
- Regular notification
through Email to Keep you Updated
- Check the Status of your
Ticket
- In case you are not satisfied then Reopen the Ticket
- Unique ID for each Ticket
- Department View Ticket -
Status automatically changed as Pending
- Admin or Student can Post Comments
on same Tickets multiple time.
